In this 12-week workshop series, we’ll use The Set Boundaries Workbook by Nedra Glover Tawwab, MSW, LCSW, as our guide while we build the skills to navigate this season with more clarity, calm, and confidence. Together, we’ll explore why boundaries matter, how to communicate them effectively, and what to do when they’re tested…especially in high-stress holiday moments.

By the end of our twelve weeks, you’ll have practical tools, a supportive community, and the confidence to protect your time, energy, and mental health through the holidays and beyond.
